When you use Luzo, we collect information you provide directly, such as your email address, profile details, health check-ins, notes, generated reports, and messages you choose to send.

We also collect limited technical information needed to operate the service, such as browser or device context, language preference, and security-related event data.

On web, Luzo uses essential cookies or similar storage for session management, language preference, and security. Optional analytics stays off unless you allow it in Privacy choices.

How we use your information

We use your information to run the product: create and secure your account, save your entries, generate timeline views and reports, and provide support when you contact us.

If you allow optional analytics, we also use limited service data to maintain reliability, investigate issues, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal data.

Security and access

Luzo is designed so your health data stays private. Personal health data is encrypted, and the product is built so only you can access your private entries.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Who we share with

We share information only when needed to operate Luzo, such as with infrastructure, support, or payment providers acting on our behalf, and with analytics providers only when optional analytics is enabled.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and service.

We do not sell access to your personal health entries.

Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you request deletion, we will remove or anonymize personal data unless we need to retain certain records for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data. We also support GDPR rights, including the right to be forgotten, and you can change your Privacy choices for optional analytics at any time.

For security, account deletion requests must come from an authenticated session.
