We care deeply about privacy. Your personal health data is encrypted so it stays private. Luzo is designed so only you can access your personal health information. Our team cannot read your private health entries.

We also support GDPR rights, including the right to be forgotten. If you want your account and associated personal data deleted, you can request that here once you're signed in.

Payment and refunds

Luzo costs 5 EUR per month.

If you cancel, we refund your most recent month. If you cancel during your first month, that first month is fully refundable too.

Your records, not medical advice

Luzo organizes the health information you choose to enter and turns it into timelines, summaries, and reports based on your own records.

These outputs are meant to help you review what you logged and communicate more clearly with a doctor or other qualified clinician. They are generated from what you enter and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Luzo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, emergency guidance, or clinical care. For medical decisions or urgent concerns, contact a qualified healthcare professional.

Using Luzo responsibly

Please use Luzo only for lawful, personal use and only with information you are allowed to share.

Do not try to access someone else's account, misuse the service, or interfere with how it works.

If the service is abused or used in a way that could harm others or the product, we may limit or suspend access.

Changes and contact

We may improve Luzo and update these terms from time to time.

If we make a meaningful change, we'll post the updated version here.
